Voluntary Funeral Scheme
Affordable funeral cover for you and your loved ones;
• Unlimited dependant children covered.
• Minimum Joining age for main member & spouse is 18.
• Maximum Joining age for main member & spouse is 64.
• Dependant children are covered until the age of 21, and 25 if full time student.
Compulsory Funeral Plan
2 help 1 is able to tailor make a funeral scheme for the group in question. Our ability to be flexible allows us to cut out cover not needed and add in or top up cover most required by our community groups. This allows savings, which creates more disposable income for the people that count.

Hospital Cash Plan
Hospital cash plan provides a Hospital Cash Benefit to the Insured Person, Spouse and up to 8 Children under the age of 19 years of age or under 21 years of age if they are in full time tertiary education in the event of Bodily Injury sustained in an Accident.
Minimum joining age for main member is 18 years of age, maximum joining age is 70 years of age. A Hospital Cash Benefit of R500 per day will be payable for a maximum of 20 days per year. Deferred period of 3 days (but benefit is backdated to day 1).
Commuter Plan
Commuter plan provides a benefit to the Insured Person, Spouse and up to 8 Children under the age of 19 years of age or under 26 years of age if they are in full time tertiary education in the event of Death or Permanent Total Disability caused by Bodily Injury in a Commuter Accident during a Journey by train, taxi or bus as a fare paying passenger.
The benefit is R15,000 for the Insured Person or Spouse and R7,000 for a Child.

Medical Emergency Response
This service provides access to an independent network of about 5,000 medical centres to meet all levels of medical emergencies anywhere in South Africa.
Our response to the emergency medical service (EMS) is available 24/7/365 and is inhabited by medical professionals.
In the case of a medical emergency, paramedics training, assess each situation and send more medical transportation appropriate response by air or by road.
Trauma and Assault / HIV Personal Protection
The Trauma, Assault and HIV support service is a 24/7 facilitation/call centre designed to deal with emotional shock as a result of assault or suspected HIV infection.
Our qualified nurses administer immediate care and have the capability to refer individuals to the most appropriate service provider. This may include psychological counselling or access to hospital care, treatment and diagnostic regimes.
The service is also equipped to offer emergency medical assistance.
Legal Assist
Legal Assist is a 24-hour service staffed by qualified and experienced lawyers in the house of guidance and information on all legal matters legal advice hotline. In-house counselling is available 24/7/365 to provide assistance through a wide range of legal issues ranging from crime and labour issues debt and divorce. Members also have access to a library of standard documentation useful.
